Cox Cable in Orange County, CA is the worst customer service you will ever find. They should consider making a seminar for how to turn customer service into *** on earth. Nobody can do this better than Cox.
Their CSR's will NOT let you speak to a manager, trust me I tried. They will transfer you another rep acting as a manager and just do a talk off. Their tech's will TRASH your home without a problem. When you call them and advise them of your newly destroyed wall paint, they are as caring as a bag full of dead cats.
BE ADVISED, IF YOU EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THEM THEY WILL GLEEFULLY SPIT IN YOUR FACE WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE AND TELL YOU TO HAVE A NICE DAY!
