They advertised all these free Christmas movies . But they were charging $3.99 -$15.99 for movies like " Its a Wonderful life , Grinch etc. Its insane!!! I'm DISCONNECTING THIS MONTH. The Cox system is set up to frustrate and overcharge, which means no matter how friendly or capable the customer service people, they can only end up costing you more money for less service. What you get is the runaround, and abject apologies, and no refunds.

Just got my bill $35.99 more then it was. Was told the tax went up lmao. This is getting out of hand they think they can just send you a bill that is more money an we pay it. The same programs all the time. I have Ben a cox cable customer for 23 years. Time to buy the FIRE STICK, I hear a lot of good things about it. This is bull *** . I can see why a lot of people are pissed. I'm going to get the FIRE STICK. I guess one less customer is no big deal but the bad reviews are. I hope more people do the same.

Taking over a half hour to get a receipt for a returned box. No reason I need a rep except for an up sell. Ridiculous. I already cried to Cox this month to re negotiate my rate. I resent this waste of my time I am NOT replacing. I just want my receipt on the return. The girl who scanned in the box could have given me a receipt. Where are your technical guys who could make this EASY.

I recieved a pointed email stating my bill was overdue and should pay immeditely. I’ve had autopay for years and recently updated my credit card. The very nice Cox rep Melissa told me I needed to resubmit my autopay. I was never informed of this. This is incredible and should never have hapoened.

Apparently cold weather is a problem for them! No ice, no real snow but still.....no service. Its a holiday weekend and my service went out and they just keep delaying when it will be working again. On new years eve morning they've now pushed it to by 12am. So, no service to bring in the new year! Way to go Cox. You suck

Cox Communications - Horrible service

A phone was supposed to be installed between 8-10 a.m. on Dec.29 for my 97 year old Mother. No one came. I tried calling my Mother at 6p.m. and told there was no service. I called Cox and was told the service was rescheduled but no one know when or why....and the earliest they can install a phone is Wed.. No one know why or when and if I had not called who knows when she would g et a phone. Let's call you Cox miscommunication They said they can put in service Wed, as week after the initial call. Their error they should make this a priority to get it fixed asap

I made mistake to sign with them again after 4 months of being away.Since that time I never received 1 BILL!Email address and regular address was checked few times -both correct.They call me THAT MY PAYMENT IS LATE,THAN I KNOW THAT I AM DUE, TRIED TO CHARGE $6 PAYING OVER THE +$9.28 LATE FEE! Cox Communications - Never-ending billing screw ups

Cox has applied my payment, to which they cash cashed the checks that were sent ahead of time, and applied the payment to the wrong account, and sent me nasty emails and robocalls saying my account is delinquent. I have proof that they cashed the freakin checks that had my account on them!! This has happened three months in a row. I have literally spent hours on the phone trying to get the billing department's heads out of their *** and get my payments out of the wrong account and credit my account and get the money into my account. I have a complaint reference number, but when I call them it takes an hour for them to locate it in their computer system. I am beyond pissed!! The only reason I haven't cancelled the service is because nothing else is actually to my address.
