Cox makes promises they dont keep my on demand never works and my service is out three times a week or more and when i call they blame it on me and my box. i have returned it sevral times and it still doesnt work same problems they said they could send a tech but it would cost me 100 and they promised a locked in rate but every month the bill is higher and they cant explain tbe extra charges like 35 dollars in taxes. I wanted to cancel service but they said they would sue for over 2000 which is what a years worth of their plan is my bill started out at 100 and now its up to 200 and its not even been sox months and i cancelled things i didnt want like hbo but they said i had to be penalized for that. So my bill keeps going up and the rep on the phone told me its because i changed my bundle and their are new taxes and now everything is seperate. Even though i tell them it doesnt work half the time they keep saying that i must be doing something wrong on my end. I have had it you can't trust them

Cox Communications - ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!

I've had cox instaled for two week and its been nothing but a total NIGHTMARE! I didn't get all of the services I was promised, my phone number was not transfered so I missed inportant calls, git a mini box that i didnt ask for so now I have to pay more for what I thought I was getting and asked for when I made the order. All the rep I've spoken too di is profusely apologize but do nothing to help me I'm stuck with a product that I didn't ask for and your customer service sucks! I would never recommend your services to anybody all you do is stick it up people's *** your name is quite appropriate.

A Tech came out and did something to the line outside my property and messed up my internet I called to report the problem and was told a tech would be out here this morning 11/8/17. A received a call from a so-called Tech in which he said; “he was on his way and should arrive at my residence by 8:05 am. A Tech pulled up in my driveway then left without saying a word to me. I called to find out what that was about, and I was told I’m lying no Tech ever came out. The thing is I not only have the truck that came with the cox logo on the side of it I have the tech numb in my phone. There’s no mistake, it’s a flat out lie on cox end and instead of owning up to it, I’m be made to look like I have a reason to lie. This isn’t how business should be ran, and they act like they doing me a favor. This might be time for me and anyone else to look at other providers that handle their business a little more professional than this.

Basically the service is soo.. terrible,on demand barely works,charges are rediculous.and now there internet only gives you so much usage.if you go over they charge you an arm and a leg.very unhappy.

This is the second time in 2 days the internet is out. And yesterday it was taking 3 - 5 hours for email messages to arrive. This happens all the time and we pay a small fortune for crap service.

Cox Communications - On demand never works

I have had cox for two years and have had non stop problems with the service. I have had over 6 boxes. I have upgraded, traded out, rebooted, had people come to my house, I’ve called I’ve moved and had the same problems in the new place. I guess it’s finally time for me to get rid of cable all together and just do the streaming thing which I watch most shows on anyway. Just bummed that cox is still so bad. I lived in AZ 9 years ago too and it was equally bad then. I loved I’m Denver for several years and had xfinity/Comcast it was expensive too and customer service was *** but it had far superior cable and internet service.

Cox Communications - Not happy w/cox.

In the past month I have repeatedly called cox. I have got a couple nice reps, but for the most part their customer service reps are not trained properly. I have been given wrong or not much info. It took them weeks to figure out their line is bad at my house. But they couldn't tell me that before I spent over $50 on a new modem they told me to purchase. Nor did they tell me current customers had a free upgrade to the new modem. I discovered that online after and they would not refund any amount to me when I asked. They also have unprofessional representatives working for them. One in particular argued with me online and did not get the supervisor I asked for 5 times! It's such a hassle to switch providers I kept them. But I am VERY disappointed in the service they offer.
