Cost of new panoramic Wi-fi
We called to get the panoramic Wi-fi since the standard Wi-fi box was inadequate for coverage around the house. When we called they said they had to charge $25 for the new modem which would be returned in 1 year which I could understand.
It was when they wanted to charge an additional $20 for activating the service. Why would they charge to activate a service that we already have which as mentioned was inadequate? When I asked for a supervisor she said they would tell me the same thing. I said ok, please put a supervisor on.
She then said that there were no supervisors available, that they all went home. I mean please!
Really! And Cox wonders why people have had it with their services and additional charges.

I've been without service for 6 days. They send a tech and he says he doesn't know what's wrong & I have to reschedule for another tech to come out.
I do and he tells me the same thing.
What abuch of incompetent people. I am now looking for a new cable provider
