the 'teedy ha ha' with an older woman is OBNOXIOUS!!! I have a major in communication and marketing and THIS will NOT HELP YOU _ IT HURTS you! unlike the obnoxious repetitive ones, this one makes me want to STOP COX service!!!! it has nothing to do with your biz and always mute or change programs.

Not happy at all with my services. We didn't even give me a credit towards my account in the internet is not even working properly and I'll pay enough money for it to work. And then I set up a payment arrangement and they didn't even lock my card information in and had me 3 months behind. I am so done with coxs if they cannot do better.

Bill needs adjustment due to TV not working since last week of August

TV stopped working properly last week if August. TV goes out every 5 minutes. Sometimes comes back and most times does not. 2 Technicians have been to house. Last one was helping us Bc of Hurricane Ida. Pur problem started way before The Hurricane. He was from California. He seemed as a very good Technician But he changed the main box not all boxes and left. 10 minutes later TV went out We expect a reduction in our September bill and any other times such as this month since TV has not been repaired. Everyone got a storm credit and that was nice but we have not had service before Ida. Can you please call me Thanks Ms Ayers 78 years and my husband is 80. We cant take any more stress The Roger Ayers Family

Pissed

I have been charged 2 months un payed when I did and brought the receipts and still had to pay for the mistakes they made.then called to make a payment and was charged $26 then called again just to make sure a second later then was charged $52 repeated again then was charged $105.12 then again just to test out to see how far they would go $205.what in the world are they doing ripping off the customers they're trying to keep from streaming.Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.

Horrible customer service

Had their home life security system service at my home three Saturdays in a row to resolve same issues and had to lock down a total of 6 hours for their scheduling. Spent 1.5 hours 9-1-21 trying to repair inoperable tv which turned out to be an outdated box that they wanted me to install when we pay extra for service calls. Spent one hour 9-13-21during two calls where 2 techs hung up and did not call back knowing problem had not been resolved and 55 minutes with anther tech after that and he failed to mail the remote I requested three times. Tv still does not work. I requested 3 times. Passive aggressi

User's recommendation: Don’t assist Cox with repairs. Make them come to your home. You do not work for Cox.

Found out 5 years after cancelling Cox they charge me 187.00

I had Cox cable 5 years ago, I had to cancel their services because every time the equipment went down they had to go through my neighbor's house to fix the issue. Recently I saw a collections report from COX saying I owed them 187.00 from the account. I have called them 5 times in three days, getting hung up on, no answers to questions or why I never received a bill for this money owed.

find out what the charges are for why they never contacted me concerning past billing issues why they sent something to collections without even sending me a bill.

Incorrect balances sent via letter

I am very frustrated over the inconsistencies in the balances reported to me from your company. I received a letter informing me of a returned payment which never happened. I had already set up a future payment and it was paid. My remaining balance is now due on 10/7 per YOU! How am I to trust these incorrect letters? Today is 09/23/21.

Because wifi with a bosster still cut in and out

I have had cox for 2 yrs and wifi would shut down and say check ur connection bought a booster to see if it help did not help cable would black out for hrs at a time and would freeze up on us and wanted an update every night this is the last time I will every use cox period.

On hold for representative and was hung up on/ disconnected.

I have called Cox before and while on hold for a representative, someone picks up and then hangs up and my call gets disconnected. Then, I have to call back
