Why I haven't got my refund back on my card

About my deposit that was supposed to be back on my card I ordered the internet and paid the 50 dollars and but I had an old bill and they was supposed to put my money back on my card

Not happy with rate increase

After a few phone calls to Cox this has been resolved and my bill will remain the same for the next 2 years. Thanks Cox

Called loyalty today and asked for my monthly payment to remain the same for the next year. Cant be done says rep. So cox is willing to lose 172.00 over the increase to 194.00. Not too smart of cox. I asked for a supervisor and rep refused. I have written a complaint to cox a month ago asking for someone to call me but never heard from cox.

Internet outage

Woke up Thanksgiving morning to an internet outage at 7:00am. I understand it's a holiday so I assumed manning at Cox would be limited. I first tried to find out if there was an outage in my area using their website, when I went to the website it said there was no outage in my area. So now I'm going through my network trying to troubleshoot my system because Cox says there is no outage! After about 30 minutes I could find no issues I tried to call support and received no answer. I called several times and finally received an answer (automated) gave them my zip code and was told there is an outage in my area. The issue was resolved around 12:30

Poor service

There is zero customer service, and constant marketing. Why send emails saying you cant cope with current orders and daily promotional orders when nobody answers the phone or emails. You have had my money for over two weeks and nothing but standard dont bother us emails.

Offers Bogus Deal

I am under the EBB program by the US Gov't. A couple of months ago Cox emailed me and told me I was eligible for a discounted computer in association of the EBB program and directed me to their so called partner PCsrefurbished.com. However I was unable to make any purchase whatsoever. Each day hours are spent on the phone both with Cox and PCsrefurbished. Each entity blames the other for purchases not going through. Each day is a different reason blamed back and forth between these 2 companies. Bottom line, why offer any deal that cannot be gotten in reality? Shame on you cox!

Billing

My bill for last month was $277.55 and about a week before it was due I downgraded my service. At the time I paid my bill I looked at the amount due ON THE COX WEBSITE and it said $226.88. So that is what I paid. Now I receive this months bill and they are saying there is a balance due of $50.67. Its absolute bull. I paid what it said was due on my account IN FULL. All they say is maybe it was a mistake. Not my problem! I paid what what it said was due and Im PISSED.

Very slow internet speeds, constant outages and increase in bills

Anything online has been *** due to the reason internet speeds are VERY slow after Cox falsely advertises their "high speed internet connections" when my mobile data works so much better. Cox is constantly having outages in my area, sometimes for hours and they still expect us to pay for services that we couldn't even use? And they increase the bills while decreasing the quality of their products and internet speeds, completely scamming us out of our money and customer service continues to insist "check your internet connection" when it's their services they need to check!

Fraud

This is now the third time Cox Communications has given my file to a collections agency. I have already proved twice in the last couple of years that this is not my debt. Here we are again,Cox Communication Company are crooks and are aggravating me once more. I have never lived in Oklahoma and now I have to prove it again for the third time

Extortion

I've paid for service for 3 months and only had service for one. I paid what they asked then called the next day when there was no internet service and was given a different number, which if I had paid would've been double what I owed and was asked to pay merely one day before. This is the WORST run company in the country and should be sued into oblivion for the EXTORTION they perpetually participate in on the backs of hardworking customers.

Disappointing disconnection service

The experience was terrible, I closed my account to move to another state paid the final bill. I was never notified about owing any more money. 3 months later I received a bill from collections. No communication from cox yet their name is cox communications. I would not refer my dog to them.

Terrible customer service and falsely advertised internet speeds

Overcharged internet. The speeds they advertise are a lie. They sneak stuff in to your bills. They charge you $100 per visit to come fix THEIR equipment or you are FORCED to pay the extra $5 a month for the insurance. Thats extortion

75 per cent of the time my television is not working and when I call tech service

My tv is always having problems with the continuity of service. and the tech support that is offered are pretty much useless and worse than the make up reasons and have no problem saying anything that comes to mind to get you off the phone.
