I lots of problems I thought with my cable box. I called Cox the guy came out said he did some stuff and left. It was still bad. A young man came today on August 31st 2019 I had recently changed some of the things on my service they had a hard time getting my Netflix hooked up. I finally gave up and didn't do it. This guy called somebody and they did something and he did something and they figured out that the whole thing was a mess on my account they straightened it out my TV Works wonderful cheers for Cox. I was told numerous times that I am not able to cancel any of my services because of a 2 yr contract. I checked this out at the Scottsdale location on Frank Lloyd Wright location and noticed not in one area is my initials or signature visual. Mean while I feel like this is a giant SCAM!

The new contour boxes are not good, always need rebooting. We exchanged several in the beginning when Cox converted and especially the satellite boxes always need rebooting at the most inopportune times.

I join cox and had them 1 year to long, I was more interested in there internet when I join my internet was strong signal after 1 month something change weaker signal so I call them and they told me I needed a stronger signal so a course that was more money so my bill was higher after about two month my signal was very weak again there been times I never got signal at all, I call them back and they never offer me any thing, I just got tire of there poor service and my bill went up double after 1 year I told them IM finish, plus there costumer service sucks

I specifically said if Cox must see my credit report then it must be a "soft inquiry". I was told "absolutely, we never do a hard pull". 10 minutes later I got an email notification from my credit alert. It now shows as a HARD INQUIRY. My credit is perfect so it's really a big deal, my text conversation and ss was forwarded to COX. I've heard nothing not even an apology. I still rate the service is great but I now have the hard inquiry on my report for 2 years. I have PTSD so i usually dont say anything that bothers me but here we are. Nice welcome to Vegas thanks.
