Cox Communications - Plain Bad.
Service when available is not as fast as promised. When it goes out expect a few days to solve the problem.

Cox Communications - Erroneous charges on bill
They constantly charge my wife and I for “installation” even though we haven’t had anything installed in over 2 years. They made us sign up for their internet AND phone, otherwise it would be way more expensive. So they sent a “technician” to our house to set it up. They made it seem like we were getting a new modem. All he did was stand there, call in and tell them to turn it on... they charged us $75 for that! Cox is beyond shady.

I’m so tired of paying over 300+ a month for a service that constantly cuts out or re boots! Stop the monopoly so I can get a better service!!

Cox cable is garbage. First off the internet is as slow as molasses. They are very expensive for basic services. They sign you up randomly for networks that you did not subscribe to. They offer you to save your credit card/bank card information online for "easy"...Read more
