Have tried numerous times to get bill reduced. All they ask me is what shows I watch? They are the only tv internet provider in my area. Customer service is awful

Cox Communications - Unhappy with service
This has been the worst day! Phone, internet and cable out. No technician until tomorrow. I have a 91 year old mother that is home bound. Nothing to watch. I can’t leave the house for fear something may happen and she has no way to call for help. Customer service doesn’t care. We are just a job to them. Seriously considering changing service providers. This is not the first time.
Cox Communications - False charges on my bill.
They added a 50.00 charge for a deposit, which I had already paid for contour 1 receiver. I talked to customer service who admitted there was an error and would correct it. They never did. Now they are refusing to correct this false charge. They are constantly saying one reason, than another, but they are stealing 50.00 from me is the bottom line. Guess they think I will just pay it and forget it. Won't happen.
Cox Communications - Intermittent wifi problem
For the past month i have been having an intermittent problem with my wifi. When this happens i am unable to use my remote to change channels, yet alone be able to use my wifi. Why am i paying for services that i am not able to use? I think a full months of service (credit) refund is do. It would be nice to be able to at least change the channels on my t.v. right now

I switched from Verizon to cox because the deal was better, I had Verizon’s lowest and cheapest internet and it was so much better then cox. As I’m writing this I’m waiting for a supervisor to answer his phone. The phone has been ringing for 5min. I’m not lying. Cox Communications - Very bad service
I pay 40$ monthly after I move to a new apartment I transfer my service 2 weeks without internet and after I go to cox store Tulsa ok near me they tell me I’m with cox for over 4 years somebody tell me you have discount you pay only 29.99 but the problem every month charge me 5$ , 10$ and this month charge me 30$ when go there no one help me so I canceled forever bad bad company garbage internet
