I was proactive and had all my utilities setup in the house I was moving to 30 days in advance, that was July 15. When I moved on aug 6 nothing except regular utilities.

All the cox services did not work, cable, internet, home security. I have had techs out, bucket truck techs out, on the phone could add up to hours of my time wasted. Now in a week they are coming out again to wast some more of my time. What do I think of the service, there is no service!

Great job cox. If you read this go somewhere else to get billed for 0 service because it might be cheaper. On a scale of 1 to 10.

10 being best they scored a 0 with me. Costing me time , work and the aggravation is not worth it, give me my *** wasted time back, can you do that cox.
