I've had cox instaled for two week and its been nothing but a total NIGHTMARE! I didn't get all of the services I was promised, my phone number was not transfered so I missed inportant calls, git a mini box that i didnt ask for so now I have to pay more for what I thought I was getting and asked for when I made the order.
All the rep I've spoken too di is profusely apologize but do nothing to help me I'm stuck with a product that I didn't ask for and your customer service sucks! I would never recommend your services to anybody all you do is stick it up people's *** your name is quite appropriate.
