Have been with Cox for close to 20 years now and not out of choice. Finally decided to migrate one phone line over to cox for the small business that my husband has.
This was done last Wednesday and some unprofessional nitwit working at Cox forget to read ajjust the modum so as a result the phone has been out of order since it was migrated. As a result, no one has been able to reach my husband as the phone stated the number was not in service. There goes his small business. Thank you very much Cox.
I will be sending you my bills from here on in as you managed to put our lives into a tail spin. And I don't you frankly don't give a damn.
