I would just like to warn alot of cox customers on what the online cox support team has been doing lately, they have messing up customers email logins on purpose, I have repeatedly complained to the cox online support team about the problems with the error of not being able to login to my email, and they just keep telling me all they can do is reset the email password and that never fixes anything, and I they have even created another user ID for me because the other User ID I have never works when trying to login to my cox email, and now the other one all of a sudden doesnt work either, so I think the Cox online team needs to be investigated for unlawful behavior, I just want to warn Cox Customers about this
