I called in to get a price quote about changing or disconnected my cable. I was then transferred to customer retention where the talked me into keeping my cable and that I could switch to a different box which would give me the exact same features for less money minus Recording‘s of my shows.

Come to find out the agent lied I did not retain my programming it changed the boxes are not the same I can’t get the same features and I’m paying more money then she quoted me for.

And I can’t change back to my original Internet price and speed because she put in the change ticket . I Called Cox back and spent over 3 1/2 hours on the phone with Cox with no resolution I still am paying more money than I was told I was going to pay for a lot less services the company has lied to me and represented false information .
