For the past three months my bill has escalated. I called a few weeks ago but they don’t do business on the weekends as far as cancellations.
I got busy and finally called today. The first person I spoke with was completely rude. I finally got a manager on the phone I tried to cancel my service and they told me I had a two-year contract. What a mistake.
They have a license to rip you off. I had to pay an early termination fee.
They are not totally upfront with you when they work to your deal over the phone or over the Internet. Watch out they will screw you.
