Cox Communications - Biggest pack of liars and cheats I have ever seen!
Internet service went down and was told our modem was bad. Took the "bad" one in for a replacement.
Was told there would be a charge of $103 for the replacement!?? Went home and hooked it up. Didn't work. Tech was called out a couple days later.
Said he fixed the problem. Wrong! took the replacement modem back to Cox and was told the modem we were given had already been returned by another Cox customer as it didn't work! Needless to say after 3 more Techs came out and another trip to Cox to replace the modem, I took everything associated with Cox back to them and told them to stick their equipment, their service and their lie after lie after lie up their A@@.
There was another Cox "satisfied" customer standing next to me doing the same thing as myself. Turning in his equipment and vowing to NEVER return as a Cox customer!
Reason of review: All of the above.
Preferred solution: Train your personnel to do their jobs and quit trying to screw over your customers. The hours we have to spend dealing with your lies is time we will never get back!.
Cox Communications Cons: Incredibly slow internet at times, There services, Not leaving the already high price of my bill alone, Billing practices.
