A misunderstanding-Cox thought we said it would be ok for them to come out and install digital telephone.I called them to cancel it.Rep assured me it was cancelled.They failed to tell Frontier not to cut off our phone service . Well-our service was cut off on Dec.2.
I've been trying for a week to get this resolved. They wouldn't talk to me as I am not authorized on the account. My boyfriend(account in his name)called to get me authorized and now they won't talk to him either.They say they need his 4 digit pin # off a bill. We don't have it!
Come on-there's no other way to prove who you are?
They want him to go to a Cox retail store and show ID and set a new pin # Not doing that-it was their fault! Beyond frustrated!
