I have nothing really bad to say BUT if we are returning a product Why do we have to just sit here with equipment Why not have someone for this. It's irritating to just sit for several minutes just to return a piece of equipment. Thank you!

My bundle package discount started at 99.00 with just basic TV, no premium charges. My bill has gradually increased to over 186.00. Cox has the monopoly in my area so they know you have to choice to keep paying the continued rising costs fir services. Should be a law against this! Ridiculous!
