Picture freeze and pixelation. Two service tech over 4 weeks, this morning, still freezing.
I think it is an infrastructure issue. Contour requires a higher signal, with all the additional homes, Cox is slow to act. Without Contour, the system worked fine for 6 years, I say fine,but we usually had to do a refresh every 6 months, but at least didn’t need to be home for a service tech. 1st tech, spurious signal, second tech basic connection, after 6 years, was not correct.
Why do I need to put in 100 words. Is this really a Cox site and you are trying to get me to give up.
