every FS1 soccer game--broadcast live on FS1 over the last week--has sporadic " channel unavailable " stoppages and lagged video--how pathethic of COX cable to continue to charge outrageously inflated prices for their horrible services--and when you call for support--they say their is nothing they can do! d then they refuse to credit your account for not being able to receive their service because it is just the 1 channel---HORRIBLE-run far far away from Cox Cable! We have had Cox for 3 years and have 25 major outages and even the repair techs who come out say that its the SIGNAL to the neighborhood that is sporadic--no the channel broadcasting--yet COX CABLE wants to "CHARGE" us as homeowners to "REWIRE" our house--even though their own repair techs say its the outside lines--not the inside line---TRULY PATHETIC and a RIP OFF!

Preferred solution: refund me some money--provide some future free service--and reire the line--outside and inside --for free!.
