My bundle package discount started at 99.00 with just basic TV, no premium charges. My bill has gradually increased to over 186.00. Cox has the monopoly in my area so they know you have to choice to keep paying the continued rising costs fir services. Should be a law against this! Ridiculous!

I have so many things that have gone wrong with cox cable I don't know where to begin! First I have been paying over 300 dollars for all the channels plus internet and basic phone service. I bought a house in another city and called cox to switch my service. I decided to downgrade my services because I wanted to save money.
