Details
This has been the worst day! Phone, internet and cable out. No technician until tomorrow. I have a 91 year old mother that is home bound. Nothing to watch. I can’t leave the house for fear something may happen and she has no way to call for help. Customer service doesn’t care. We are just a job to them. Seriously considering changing service providers. This is not the first time.

For the past month i have been having an intermittent problem with my wifi. When this happens i am unable to use my remote to change channels, yet alone be able to use my wifi.
