Cox Communications - Unfair to make us use boxes and charge a monthly fee for.

Several times i turn on my tv and mssg comes up you must subscribe blah blah blah. Like i wanna mess around with calling you and have you reset. Your internet sucks as well constantly in middle of doing something and get inerupted. Most of all i feel Cox is a dishonest and deceptive company. Imposing the use of mini boxes, and charging a monthly fee. These are the reasons i feel i need to cancel my subscription with Cox Cable.
