If you're in the market for cable and Internet look for other avenues because we have had nothing but problems. Deception and overpricing and then they didn't do what I asked them to do (even after confirmation of understanding my request) and am now being charged for a month I didn't even live in my new area.

That's $121 for barely there internet speed and 14 channels (7 plus those same 7 in HD). GO SOMEWHERE else!

Then they have the audacity to send us a nice little "get ya hooked while you're new" mail promotion that was the deal I asked for with more channels than previously advertised when I talked to them to set it up. This has been a terrible experience and I will be canceling my service and doing whatever I need to to not be price gouged and slapped in the face.
