Moved to senior apt. Manager here told me to deal with services coordinator for cable/internet/ phone.

I did, installation date set, monthly charge $81. Cox was a NO SHOW. I was also give Cox local sales person flyer. I called him about Cox NO SHOW and he yelled at me because I "went to a third party (my building services coordinator) to arrange install!

I called Cox 800#, arranged for install, but THIS time the monthly charge was $150. for the SAME service, Cox rep could not explain the difference. Installation last week, service disruption numerous times, I called at least 12 times. Every time the Cox rep had me follow numerous steps to correct and it worked temporarily.

The last Cox rep said a tech visit is required to solve the issues since it cannot be determined if the cause is the box or the remote. So, a Tech was schedule to be here yesterday, NO SHOW AGAIN. Different tech called me, said he'd be here shortly, NO SHOW AGAIN. Then he called and said he was having phone problems and was at my building and could be here in 5 minutes!

THAT makes a lot of sense. NOW TV service out altogether, can't get and answer at Cox technical support 800#.

Called different number, recorded message that there is a service disruption in my area it could take 5 hours to repair. Will file complaints with all applicable governing agencies and BBB and on social media.

Cox Communications - Sucks

I did not approve anything from Cox Cable. When the box came to my new home, I sent it right back. All Cox Cable has to do is look on computer and see that the system was returned and see that there has not been any activity on being used. I do not want or ever wanted Cox. I'm tired if being harrassed, something needs to be done. Just ask my son, he will tell you that we don't have cable. I'm happy with rabbit ears.
