I signed up for what i thought was TV and internet, was tricked into two year home monitoring. I cancelled service after 8 days... Cox threatened to sue me for early termination, ruin my credit, make me lose my home, etc. My lawyer said they(Cox) have spent thousands in order to collect hundreds. They are the {{Redacted}} of the communication industry!!!

I called two weeks in advance to have them turn off my service.I am 64 yr old i have naropithy in my hands and feet.cox said they record all there phone calls well if thats the case than they can listen to the phone vall where they said my cable was going to be shut off and they kept it on and they said would come pick up the box also.
