Cox Communications - False charges on my bill.

They added a 50.00 charge for a deposit, which I had already paid for contour 1 receiver. I talked to customer service who admitted there was an error and would correct it. They never did. Now they are refusing to correct this false charge. They are constantly saying one reason, than another, but they are stealing 50.00 from me is the bottom line. Guess they think I will just pay it and forget it. Won't happen.

Cox Communications - Got my account mix up with other customers

Called to tell customer care that the deposit that was on my account to be paid wasn’t my money was on the phone a entire hours. Week later I get a email that said my service would be cut off if I didn’t make a larg payment to a service that I don’t have. So called and was on the phone for hour and I was sent to retention that did offer any Solution to my problem. I have been a customer for the last 10 years and I am looking for a new service with AT&T. So sadBullshitBullshit
