I've had Cox for 12 months now. First signed up in Walmart they promised my bill would be $99/month.

Get 1at bill it's $200. I was pissed because the Rep lied to sign me up. Besides that Cox Customer service sucks ***! The reps will hang up on you real fast!

An so will them so called Managers. Cox has ridiculously prices an every month the bill goes up. Cox is a rip off. If your not a customer.

Please don't waste your time Joining an getting stuck in a 2 yr contract.!! Please don't!

I regret ever doing business with them. Will never happen again.
