Pay way too much to have an internet outage 6 times a month and customer service just says “I’m so srry we can update you when it gets fixed and we appreciate your loyalty to cox” NO MOTHER FKR I JUST HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE my apartments don’t allow any other internet service here besides century link and we all know how much better they are. Bullshit stay as far away as you can from Cox internet and go with Comcast if available in your area!

Cox Communications - Poor customer service

We lost land line phone and internet service on Friday the 21st and the earliest a tech can come to our home is Sunday the 23rd after 5 pm. Have been without service during a time when we are trying to handle business transactions in other states. This is by far the worst service I’ve had in regards to anything I’ve been associated with. Would never recommend cox to friends or family.
