Cox Communications - NEVER HAVE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to know who it is that is giving out these "AWARDS" for excellent service. My phone/ internet/ and especially cable are out more than on. Then you get to talk to 5 *** and waste an hour for them to tell you that you have to make yet another appointment. An appointment which you work around their schedule and waste another 2+ hours and then in a week the same problem. You give extensive details over and over but yet when you call in you get the same, "sorry there are NO notes on your account". It is all just a big joke. For the prices they charge they need to care! If I had this many problems getting my check to them, I guarantee you they would be calling me quick.

Cox Communications - The firm has failed in every way one could fail

What more can I say except they just make stuff up, call for new service and phone is answered first ring,call for repair service issue and it will place you on hold for up to a hour, comericials are just words with no action and frankly the worst large corporation I have ever delt with. Moving on and buying rabbit ears,done with this company for life.When a firm touts there experience and ignors their own words they become just that,Words without meaning,I will show my displeasure by not using their service and will share with as many as I can my experience, all this is my opinion only.

Cox Communications - Terrible service! Don't get The all in one package. When it goes down you are sol for at least 3 day

There service is terrible! Don't get the cable,Internet and phone package! because when it goes down you don't have any of them for at least 3 days before they will schedule an appointment to fix it. It is quit paralizing when it happens. When you ask to talk to a supervisor they just transfer you to another agent that tells you the same lame excuses. What they need to do is hire more people to just take care of emergencies. There are plenty of them, This is the third time it's happened to me in three months.
