Cox Communications purposely falsifies information on customers who discontinue service. This has destroyed our credit rating.
COX Communications gets away with unethical business practices -- They falsify information and do not notify a person who has discontinued their service of a bill COX thinks the person owes. One service representative told me the service was performed at an address where we never lived.
Did I pay someone else's bill???? COX would not authorize removal of false information from our credit report.
However, debt collection agency to which COX gave false information removed immediate black marks. We still cannot get credit now due to all of the inquiries on our credit report as we were repeatedly denied credit.
