Cox Communications - Erroneous charges on bill

They constantly charge my wife and I for “installation” even though we haven’t had anything installed in over 2 years. They made us sign up for their internet AND phone, otherwise it would be way more expensive. So they sent a “technician” to our house to set it up. They made it seem like we were getting a new modem. All he did was stand there, call in and tell them to turn it on... they charged us $75 for that! Cox is beyond shady.

Cox Communications - I AM SICK OF COX. THEY SUCK ASSSSSS

For the past month, weve been dealing with our service cutting in and out, random pop ups, in and out service. We can go 6 hours with no fn service and tech support doesn't seem to know a hole in the ground from a hole in their ***. IM SICK OF ALL OF YOU. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS.
