I spent over 2 hours,mostly on repeated"holds",talking to service reps who mumbled nonsense and never helped me.Twice I called back after my phone connection dropped.I didn"t call back a fourth time because I believe it was time to go on break and they simply hung up.

Cox rewards new customers at the expense of existing customers. Loyal customers are treated like dirt.

Bad business practice. Cox does not discriminate. They screw every one equally. I cut the cord long ago.

I get good TV on antenna. Dont miss a monthly bill from Cox.

Ive saved thousands. Try it.

Thank you for saying what a lot of people are saying. Yet Cox continues to not listen .They still showing the same junk, but they keep increasing the price for the same *** shows. What makes it even worse is that now they add more additional charges and fees to increase they're bottom line even though they aren't doing anything different besides switching channels around haha.

I've been without service for 6 days. They send a tech and he says he doesn't know what's wrong & I have to reschedule for another tech to come out.

I do and he tells me the same thing.

What abuch of incompetent people. I am now looking for a new cable provider

I made mistake to sign with them again after 4 months of being away.Since that time I never received 1 BILL!Email address and regular address was checked few times -both correct.They call me THAT MY PAYMENT IS LATE,THAN I KNOW THAT I AM DUE, TRIED TO CHARGE $6 PAYING OVER THE +$9.28 LATE FEE! We have the Bronze Package , locked in with the NHL game package is all, no movies , no adult chs , no other purchases . Our regular bill is $162.58 firm .we had major problems since the 1st installation back in May 2017 until this second , December 14 2017 . the point is we owe $645.26 past due / giving us immediate threats to pay or cable WILL be terminated disconnection without any further warning . my credit is shot i assume ..& waste of time on the phone every month .We are giving serious bad reviews to everyone in our community !!!

Cox Communications - *** Cox cable cant keep live sports event channel running

every FS1 soccer game--broadcast live on FS1 over the last week--has sporadic " channel unavailable " stoppages and lagged video--how pathethic of COX cable to continue to charge outrageously inflated prices for their horrible services--and when you call for support--they say their is nothing they can do! d then they refuse to credit your account for not being able to receive their service because it is just the 1 channel---HORRIBLE-run far far away from Cox Cable! We have had Cox for 3 years and have 25 major outages and even the repair techs who come out say that its the SIGNAL to the neighborhood that is sporadic--no the channel broadcasting--yet COX CABLE wants to "CHARGE" us as homeowners to "REWIRE" our house--even though their own repair techs say its the outside lines--not the inside line---TRULY PATHETIC and a RIP OFF!

Cox Communications - Separate viewing packages needed

Being a senior citizen, I have no interest in a majority of channels available for viewing, but yet we all are being charged for what we do not watch. Why not separate the channels according to what they represent. Example: Sports package, Comedy package, Action, Science, Faith and Values, etc. That would allow subscribers to choose the package they preferred and would not be forced to pay for what they do not watch and would be a form of cost control for seniors and others.

Cox Communications - Rude, insensitive, threatning people.

I signed y for a 1 year contract for a set price. First bill came 2 weeks later. $38.00 more than what I was told. When I called they told me I was mistaken. I have tried to work with them for over 11 months. And my bill goes up every month for no reason. I had one conversation with a male from Cox that told me that he was from Oklahoma and had worked for them for 7years. He made filthy remarks about his co-workers, insulting the previous person and making jokes about his capabilities or lack there of. In conclusion, he stated that I should be happy with what I have and stop complaining. When I tried again to get assistance, they finally sent a SUB-Contractor to my home who bitched about the inferior wiring and connections made 11 months earlier by a COX rep. And afterwards, my bill went up again. I just want someone to give me a break. Any chance of that COX? You're a Comcast company. Why do you treat your customers so sub standardly?
