Cox Communications - Tv Service Review from Irvine, California

Cox service is absolutely atrocious! The channels go off the air frequently. Inputting channel numbers is slow. Channels load slowly too. Their On-Demand service is so horribly cobbled together a team of pre-schoolers could do a better job designing the interface and user interaction. We live in the Irvine Company apartments and are forced to use Cox. We can't get a dish because we face the wrong way. It's just too bad.

Cox Communications - Tv stations 3-18-19-32-33

reported to cox several times these stations aren't working...yesterday cox called me saying the problem was repaired....Not true. I reported it again to 611 and still nothing changed. I checked with a friend of mine who has cox service and was told they get these stations....I believe I have a bad box but they won't send out a service guy...Why cox are you treating your customers this way? What the...., You cannot even satisfy your customers for one day. I told KLAS they should be ashamed. You guys are playing games at our expense. Karma is a ......!! Get over yourselves and be customer service aware. Otherwise get out of the business!! I am changing cable companies. This whole think is apauling on your part. Grown TFU!!!!!!!!!!! Cox *** sucks, ever since i got those *** digital boxes i cant even watch TV. It tells me i need to subscribe to channels that are above 12 wtf kind of *** is this. And on top of it ive been trying to call them for hours and the line is always beeping. Horrible customer service.

Cox Communications - Bad Customer Service

Cox is terrible at offering long standing customers any kind of new deals. I pay almost $68 a month for basic cable and there is about 30 of those channels I don't watch, so I'm being charged for channels I don't watch. When I call to ask if they can offer any deal on the net and cable they offer a price of $20.00 for net tacked onto their already over priced cable so that is NOT a deal. then the rep gets all snotty with me during the call about how they have nothing else to offer me. I told her I will likely be switching to an antennae she just said "Well, do what you need to" so COX does NOTHING to keep their customers. Since they are so indifferent I'm going to just cancel my cable and deal with plain Jane tv. I really wish we had more cable companies so they can give COX a run for their money. I don't know who they sucked to get their so called excellent customer service rating but I sure hope they enjoyed it.

Cox is the worst cable service. I have been a cox customer for years and pay approximently $400 per month. Tomorrow morning im going to call direct tv and dump cox for good. The service goes out 3 to 4 times per week for the past 3 months.
