Cox *** sucks, ever since i got those *** digital boxes i cant even watch TV. It tells me i need to subscribe to channels that are above 12 wtf kind of *** is this. And on top of it ive been trying to call them for hours and the line is always beeping. Horrible customer service.

Cox is the worst cable service. I have been a cox customer for years and pay approximently $400 per month. Tomorrow morning im going to call direct tv and dump cox for good. The service goes out 3 to 4 times per week for the past 3 months.

Cox Communications - Tv Service Review from Las Vegas, Nevada

I have been with Cox for many years now one because there is nothing else. The service sucks it often goes out or freezes up. Which then you have to unplug the box and restart the box. Sometimes more than not while attempting to watch a on demand program it is just a black screen. Sometimes you can fast forward an on demand program and other times you can not. For the amount of money we pay we should get an uninterrupted service and all functions work properly.
