Cox said it would cost be $4000 to set up internet for me because they had to run 400 feet of cable, when my neighbor in my back yard has cable. Another instance where they are reminding people why they are a normal cable company and will loose a lot because they are more worried about the money than a customer.
They want to charge me to set up their internet what kind of a company is this.
Horrible customer service, never could speak to anybody who didnt have a generic answer for us. If an employee has to go out of their way for anything don't expect any responses, you will have to call every week.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of cox communications internet installation. Cox Communications needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
