I first went with Cox after moving. I had direct TV which is another joke and complaint.

The Sales person for cox told me that by using their bundle program of TV/Internet/Phone I would be able to save money with a GUARANTEE PRICE LOCK PROGRAM . Billing started out at $150.00..then went up to $180.00. After conversing with a Cox Complaint service I was told the only thing on my bundle that was PRICE LOCKED was my phone. I told the person only reason i got the land line was told the WHOLE BILLING was PRICE LOCKED.

As of 1/19/2017 my billing is now showing $195.13. WHERE IS MY PRICE LOCK!!.

COX RUNS A SCAM BUSINESS and NOW ONE CARES!!. I can;t get out of this *** until Sep 2018.
