Cox Communications - Cox staff are nice people, the company policies are greedy, unconcerned about the consumer experience, indifferent to the market because they have little competition in are area. We live in two state
We can compare cox with another provider because we also live in another state. Cox charges at the very highest rates, they make you play the game of going to another provider in order to get their highly publicized deal.
The longer more loyal a customer is to Cox the less service and benefits customers receive.
They are a greedy company.
For example Their vacation services are packaged so the monthly cost is the highest, the cost and length of time the services must be paid for is excessive.
In order to qualify for their promotion packages, it is necessary to leave them and return. This is stupid management, but it works for them because obviously most people can’t take the time to go through the steps to return all the equipment etc etc.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $470.
Preferred solution: Give loyal customers a better break on the cost of services, treat them with respect and encourage loyalty instead of creating frustration by constantly offering new customers super deals!.
