I never received notice by mail or email saying that they wanted to come out and do what they had to do for digital phone

They arbitrarily discontinued my service without notifying me

I called and they said that’s what they do!

I had them scheduled to come out on a Tuesday 24th and when the tech came I went to answer the door and fell down the 13 stairs, I was fortunate to scoot down to the door to open it, he had already called 911 and waited till they came

Since I have been home I have tried to get a tech to come out and restore my service

They were supposed to come out Sunday 29th I called to confirm appointment and they said it was canceled no email no cell phone call

Now not coming till Tuesday I was supposed to be an urgent appointment because since the fall I am disabled

I have cell phone but it loses its charge quickly

I am fed up with COX!

They have no sympathy
