Today, Tuesday, March 8, I have had one of the worst experiences with Cox Communications. I run a pizza restaurant, and most of our orders are taken over the phone.

My second line continuously drops every call, making me miss out on customers and orders. I tried to call Cox at about 2pm and created a ticket. It is now 9:00pm and I still have not had anyone arrive to check on the issue, nor even open the ticket.

I was placed on hold twice; the first call was lost due to a dead battery after about 82 minutes on hold, the second line was on hold for 45 minutes. This is an outrage; I have missed at least 20 customers due to lack of service and am seriously contemplating continuing my service with Cox.
