They added a 50.00 charge for a deposit, which I had already paid for contour 1 receiver. I talked to customer service who admitted there was an error and would correct it.
They never did. Now they are refusing to correct this false charge. They are constantly saying one reason, than another, but they are stealing 50.00 from me is the bottom line.
Guess they think I will just pay it and forget it. Won't happen.
