First of all, I'm not a customer and if how I was handled is any way how they treat their own customers - it's no wonder they are failing.

I called to tell them about a downed line and they switched to about three departments. When I finally got a hold of someone, she was so *** on the phone, she's lucky I wasn't her boss.

First she tells me that seeing that I'm not a customer she didn't know how she could someone out because she didn't have an address and I told her the street. I will never, ever deal these people again. They have no idea on how to address someone and btw, the line was down for at least 3 weeks and nothing was done.

Poor company. The one I'm speaking about exists in Rhode Island.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Get better help.

I didn't like: Poorly planned upgrade and or response to outage, Waste of time especially when you know more than they do.
