I order services with cox and i was told i would get $200 gift card. Well I have gotten 3 gift cards none of them work.
I called the card provider and they said that they see where the card has been declined but nothing is wrong with the card. Customer services has done nothing to assist. I will be disconnecting services with Cox from my home, my rentals homes and my business. I care nothing about the contract that they said i have for 2 yeas and if they bill me for it will not be paying for it.
They dont value their customers and i will not continue to pay my money to a cable company that dont value me as a customer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: credit my account for the $200.00 and deactivate the declining credit card. no one is trying to offer a solution just keep passing my call to the credit card provider .
