I was subleasing an office which I knew was temporary.The leaseholder found a tenant that wanted to expand and I had to move.

I wanted to suspend my coverage until I found a new location, however, Cox almost immediately sent me a disconnect billing for $4,200. I tried to tell them I didn't want to cancel but just to suspend and they sent my account to a collection agency that proceeded to make constant calls.

I tried to communicate with Cox and I was not able to get anyone to respond to me.I have filed with the Consumer Protection Agency regarding the collection agency and the Federal Trade Commision against Cox.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $4200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: I did not like that no one would communicate with me from cox.
