Cox Communications - Have to pay a 2nd $75 fee for a problem last tech causedI paid a $75 fee for a tech to come rewire a tv after I moved it to another.He got it rewired fine...
BUT...He said he had to reprogram the 2 controllers to match my 2 tvs. Now I have to use both controls to make a tv work. One control will only allow on/off button and volume. Other one works except not on/off or volume.
This happened on Sunday
Nov the 25th.
Appt was set up at store level...

My customer service person was Lauren Hufford.
I reached her thru email and her reply was to fix it myself by using help line or she could send a tech for an ADDIONAL $75 !!!
The problem was caused by YOUR
tech which I willing paid...
BUT THIS WAS YOUR FAULT !!
I am not ruling out Dish or Direct and just have you send me a refund of my acct balance of a credit of almost $500 !!
