Cox Communications - HDTV service went out. Rep said they needed to call me back to fix. Never called.
I repeatedly experienced tiling issues on all Cox channels. Picture broke up, and sound was interrupted.
I had to call them constantly in order to have them try to solve the problem. Each time they just "rebooted." Today, tiling became horrible, then screen just went black. I finally found a working number, and was put on hold several times. After 37 minutes and 2 reboots, the rep tells me that she cannot "locate" the tech reps, so they needed to call ME back in 30 minutes.
Now almost an hour and I have never received call. My cable is completely gone.
