I have been a customer for an hour and you people have already messed up multiple times. I had to call and give a pin number because that is what your website told me to do and the customer service people didn't even know what I was talking about.
I had to explain the whole situation to them. They said they had to call my roommate to get her modem transferred over to my name and that I needed to stay on the line. So I did. But then she hung up on me after 10m.
I never received a callback. I had to call again and re-explain the entire situation to someone new. They had to call my roommate again and get all the information. The first lady I spoke to said that the internet wouldn't be turned off until my new service was turned on.
Well, I called the second customer service person and they already turned off the Wi-Fi.
Now I won't have internet until I receive my 'set up box' in 3-5 business days even though I verified multiple times that wasn't going to be the case. This is ridiculous.
