Every person i spoke with told me something different.... my bill had went up about $25 and by time it was said and done with the people i spoke with jacke my bill up an additional $65 when the call was made because my bill went up so after several calls my bill was $85 higher.... finally got on the phone with a man named colin with the loyalty dept he asked me for my pin so i had to log in to figure out what it was he did not have time to wait so he kept repeating the number i could call when i found it this is after being on the phone for over an hour with outher people it was very rude i am in the process of finding somewhere else to take my business
