I called 3 months ago to cancel my service because they'd raised my bill so much after a year of service. The guy convinced my to stay by dropping the price and said they would cancel my contract.

A month ago I called again, I'd decided to cut the cord on cable. The guy said thay the internet price would jump to 92 and month of I did that so I'd swith to Centurylink. All of a sudden he managed to get me a discount of 55 a month for internet only and no contract. Fast forward to this month, I'm still billed for internet and cable so I called again.

The woman on the phone said that she had no record of my previous conversations, had no discounts to offer me and that I was still under contract so would have to pay and early termination fee. I'm so pissed off I'll pay the stupid fee just to be rid of these lying a-holes.

Too bad because before all of this I was happy with their service, but I can't stand a liar! Go screw yourself Cox, I will never be a customer again.
