I was told by cox cable that i should have a new router for my telephone. New technology was the reason.

They came into my house and installed the new router. My phone system has not worked properly from that day. Cox recognized the problem and came back ten times trying to fix it, but finally said it was due to incompatibility between my phones and their equipment. I was in attendance for all the house repair visits which consumed a good deal of my time.

Anyway the final answer was that i needed a new phone system. I suggest to Cox that since they ruined my phone system, they should supply a new one.

The response was "We don't do that" My next suggestion was that Cox should at least tell me what phone systems would work. And the response again was "We don't do that either" Welcome to the wonderful world of Cox Communications!!!
