This is not at all right. For a company as big as Cox to be this bull ***.

I added service two of them in November of 2010. It is May of 2011, and I have not received my rebate check yet. ($200.00) But of course my Bill came on time and was paid, or I would not have any service. This is not ok.

Cox is very expensive to begin with. They sucker you in with the promotions.

And when the promotion is over they have you paying an arm and a leg for service. Something needs to be done about this.
