On March 8th I decided to add a home phone to my resident. Called Cox and talked with a rep about getting the service started. He took my money and told me that I will have service in 15 minutes. Well I still don't have service. I called and got the phone tag service and finally talked with someone and he told me that they have to build a connection for my phone and it should take 24-48 hours. That made me so excited I couldn't restrain myself. How can a promise of 15 minutes turn into 24-48 hours. Now if anyone ask me about getting Cox service I will tell them my experience to everyone I can and I will go out of my way to let everyone know how Cox lied about their service.
