Started using Cox years ago. Over time, they have gone downhill.
Lately I have been getting phone calls during the day and evening, I am on the Government No Call list and have reported it to them. I contacted Cox today and they say nothing they can do, BUT if I were to get their PREMIUM telephone plan they could block the calls. I thanked them for their customer service and looking for a new provider.
Their rates are continuing to increase and only other one in town has left.
Looks like only thing left is to go satellite but don't want the dish installed on the roof.
Some company needs to move in an take them out of business. Nothing left for low/limited incomes.
