I have been a long time customer of Cox Communications (TV, internet, and phone). They draw you in with a promotion and then suddenly the bill increases unannounced.

When you call Cox about the increased bill they conveniently don't have any more promotions. The bill just keeps increasing. They claim to have a "loyalty" department, but how do they treat loyal customers. By having you wait on the phone for a long time and then come back and say "I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do to decrease your bill.

You already have a great deal". Because Cox is somewhat of a monopoly in Tucson they think they can take advantage of customers. So sad.

I will be looking elsewhere. My advice to others...don't get taken advantage of by their "promotions" that suddenly disappear, and the good deal you thought you had turns in to increasing bills.
